**Discount codes will be sent by ESERA to all ESERA active members. Please check your SPAM folder, or contact info@esera.org in case you run into problems related to the discount code.

***Reduced fee includes students (Bachelor, Master and Candidate Student, PhD), SIG coordinators, Strand coordinators, and lifelong members.

The ESERA 2027 registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunch (with options for different dietary requirements and intolerances), access to the welcome reception (complimentary but requires registration), online access to abstracts, admission to the full conference programme including all sessions, and a certificate of attendance.  

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the ESERA 2027 Conference Organiser at esera2027@educa.org.

Cancellations requested on or before 24 June 2027 will be refunded deducting an administration fee of 40 €. From 25 June 2027, registration fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed after the conference. No refunds will be granted in case of no-show. If the conference is cancelled, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
